Payment & Refunds

All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Skate Canada & Admin Fees - A non-refundable $58.65 Skate Canada Fee (per year) and a Club Administration Fee of $20.00 and prorated ice usage fee will be calculated. No exceptions.

Only those skaters with a medical certificate or new Pre-CANSkate or CANSkate members that have requested a refund within the first lesson will be considered.

Ice Conduct

Only registered skaters, coaches, program assistants and board members are permitted on the ice surface during sessions.

Parents or other adults are not permitted to enter the ice during programs.  This does not include designated family skate times.

Parents should address questions or issues during active sessions to ISC Board Members. Coaches should not be interrupted while on ice providing lessons.

 

Helmet Policy

All Pre-Canskate and Canskate skaters (including Stage 5) must wear a CSA approved Hockey Helmet.
